COVID-19 SAFETY

Coronavirus 2019 (Covid 19) is a virus that causes respiratory illness and can spread from person to person. It spreads between people who are in close contact with one another and through respiratory droplets produced when an infected person coughs or sneezes. Symptoms can include fever, cough, or difficulty breathing.

Your safety while in our care is very important to us. Therefore, we follow recommendations provided by the CDC and other authorities regarding safety precautions and procedures related to the ongoing Coronavirus pandemic.

GUIDELINES FOR ENTERING

We ask that if you are experiencing any of the symptoms listed below, that you do not enter the office and that you isolate yourself from others and seek medical help and testing for Covid 19.

  • You have a new or changing cough.

  • You have a fever.

  • You are experiencing shortness of breath.

PATIENT MASK REQUIREMENT

During your visit and appointment, we require that you wear a mask that covers your nose and mouth. If you have a mask, please wear it before entering the office. If you do not have a mask, we can supply you with one for an additional fee.

WAITING ROOM PROCEDURE

Our waiting room is open to all patients and visitors. If you need assistance entering our office, please text or call 317-459-1514.

OFFICE SAFETY PROTOCOL

We are taking precautions such as wearing personal protective equipment and frequent office sanitation to protect you and others from infection and request that you assist us in compliance with our office safety protocol. Safety measures we take include:

  • MASKS

    We wear masks during your visit and request that you also wear a mask.

  • GLOVES

    We wear gloves during your appointment and at other times during your visit.

  • HANDWASHING

    We practice frequent and thorough handwashing.

  • SOCIAL DISTANCE

    Whenever possible, we maintain social distancing.

  • HANDSHAKING

    We do not shake hands.

  • AIR PURIFICATION

    We have air purification devices in all common areas and treatment rooms in our office.

  • SANITATION

    We sanitize treatment rooms between patients and regularly sanitize surfaces throughout the office.
